Quotes & Orders
All quotes are estimates based on the specifications you provide and are valid for 30 days. An order is confirmed once you approve the final digital proof and payment (or an agreed deposit) has been received. Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) and exclude any applicable taxes or duties unless stated otherwise.
Payment Terms
Payment is required as set out in your quote or invoice. We accept secure payments through trusted providers including PayPal and major credit/debit cards. Production does not begin until payment (or the agreed deposit) has cleared. All transactions are processed securely; we do not store your full card or bank details.
Artwork & Proof Approval
You are responsible for supplying correct, print-ready artwork or for approving the proof we prepare. Production begins only after you approve the final digital proof, so please check spelling, colors, dimensions and layout carefully. Ryze Packaging is not liable for errors present in artwork or proofs that you have approved.
Color & Production Variations
Because of the nature of printing and natural materials, slight variations in color, shade, size and finish may occur within standard industry tolerances. Such variations are not considered defects.
Production & Delivery
Estimated production and delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as delays can occur due to shipping carriers, customs or other factors outside our control. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
As our products are custom-made to your specifications, cancellations, returns and refunds are limited. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual Property
You confirm that you own or have the right to use any logos, designs, trademarks or other materials you supply to us, and that your artwork does not infringe the rights of any third party. All website content, including our designs and graphics, remains the property of Ryze Packaging USA.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit or business.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
